This mechanism for calculating the billing mode for customer service requests is based on the full service contracts of the customer the type of customer service request and the service area of the customer service request.
A customer service request is considered as Free of charge if any of the following conditions are true:
•The billing attribute of the customer service request's type is No costs apply
•The billing attribute of the customer service request's type is Costs apply, covered by full service contracts and the customer has a full service contract for the service area this customer service request was created for.
If none of these conditions are true the billing-mode is Costs may apply.
