HsM Reference Manual

The Client Service automatically keeps track of the customers a user has accessed. These customers are stored as recently accessed customers for each user. A maximum of 20 recently accessed customers are stored in a circular buffer, i.e. the 21st customer added to the recently accessed list will automatically remove the first added customer. The Client Service will present recently accessed customers ordered by the access time descending.

Recently accessed customers are set by the front ends. There are several situations where this happens:

Selecting a customer via the full-text search (i.e. switching to a customer)

Selecting a customer from the descendent-customer list

Selecting a customer when setting a customer's ancestor for customer relations (invoicing, hierarchy and condition).
