In HsM customers represent companies or organizations that use Hagleitner devices and want to manage those devices in HsM.
Hagleitner devices are assigned to customers. Only devices assigned to a customer (i.e. to a room within a customer's location tree) are visible in HsM. A customer in HsM represents a real-world customer of Hagleitner or any of its resellers.
