To configure the gateway via Web Page or SSH the client must authenticate. If not configured otherwise, use root as user name and the password provided by the Support. The default root password set during production is also stored with the Digital Twin Service and can therefore be queried by clients with the appropriate permissions.
Note: If necessary (e.g. due to security policies), these settings can be changed via the gateway's configuration interfaces. Automatic configuration routines in Hagleitner 360 App may fail with custom configurations, HsM OEM Partner can only provide limited support with custom configurations. |
