Resellers can configure details for device service requests.
The possibility to view and edit device service request settings is bound to the capability DEVICE_SERVICE_REQUESTS. Service request settings can be viewed by users with VIEW_CUSTOMER permission and can be modified by users with the permission EDIT_SERVICE_REQUEST_SETTINGS .
