Resellers can configure details for customer service requests. Customer service request settings are bound to the capability CUSTOMER_SERVICE_REQUESTS .
Customer service request settings can be viewed by users with VIEW_CUSTOMER permission and can be modified by users with the permission EDIT_CUSTOMER_SERVICE_REQUEST_SETTINGS

The customer service request settings that are effective for a specific customer are those of the responsible reseller. A user can view the effective customer service request settings of a customer if permission VIEW_CUSTOMER is granted on that customer.
