HsM is designed to be operated by different HsM OEM Partners, I.e. different HsM OEM Partners can host their own HsM infrastructure and can therefore operate their own HsM universe.
There is however a small subset of data and functionality that can be accessed by the original manufacturer as well as by the HsM OEM Partner for mutual benefit. This data and functionality is stored and implemented in services the neutral backend infrastructure.
