Unregistered devices are devices that are known to the Digital Twin Service but are not registered in the Client Service and devices that have been registered before but have been unregistered.
The Client Service allows accessing data of unregistered devices if a user has the system permission VIEW_UNREGISTERED_DEVICES . Users with permission EDIT_UNREGISTERED_DEVICES can modify settings of those device.
